2013-2014 Verification

This item updates the 2013-14 Verification logic for groups V4 and V5 to require both the High School and Statement of Educational Purpose flags to be set to Y. If you attempt to verify a V4 or V5 student without confirming both fields you will get an error message.

Additionally, a modification has been made to the 2013-14 Verification logic for groups V2, V3 and V4 to skip processing of Family Size. If Family Size had been reported, an inadvertant federal correction could be generated.

Implementation Notes

• This item is required at all client sites and assumes that 1301-03 has been previously installed. Please verify your source code.
• Load the updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file in the attached zip file. Or, alternatively, you may apply changes manually to the updated modules:
  • WFVCN14N (mods)
  • WFVRF14P (mods)
• No other modules are affected.
