<P>This release item provides a Dictionary input file to bring the 2016-17 comment codes up to date per the recently revised Department of Education publication, <i>SAR Comment Codes and Text (2016-2017)</i>. Comments 125, 127, 128, 139, 245 and 319 are revised.</p>
