R4 updates to 24-25 Regs

This release fixes some issues with the 24-25 Regs.

• Code cleanup - Removed commented out code.
• Several maps were updated to add the correct display of field help.
• Verification was updated to remove the protection of income fields for filers, since there will potentially be a need to verify both income and agi for filers.
• Delivery of updated comment codes and updated dictionary import
• A modification to the helproutine logic will compensate for field names larger than 20 bytes.
• A newly delivered program will purge previously defined fields (and values) for 2025 Dictionary entries. The Dictionary import will not delete previously existing values and the initial release of the 24-25 Regs contained extraneous values.

Implementation Notes

This item is required at all client sites but might have been previously updated manually

1. Load the updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file (sy240601.txt) in the attached zip file. Or, you may apply source changes manually for the updated modules. Click on the "mods" link next to the module name for the Differences Report, which shows the previous and current versions of the module side by side. For a further description of the Differences features, click the "Help" link at the top right when the report is displayed.

You may either execute a CATALL, or you can compile everything in the following order.

2. Purge the FINANCIER Dictionary file by executing the delivered (WCDICDLB). Note: This program is hardcoded for the previously delivered 24-25 Dictionary file entries.
3. Load the Dictionary Import file (dc240601.txt) from the zip file into the FINANCIER Dictionary using the Dictionary Import program (WCDICIMB).
