This release updates the overaward process for the 2024-2025 Aid Year.
Prior to 2025, We could always count on SC + PC = FC. That, however, has changed, effective with the 2024-2025 Regulatory modifications. As you've seen SAI will not always = SC + PC.
The overaward subprogram (WFOVRAWN), as currently delivered, will look at the SC and PC fields. As a result, for formula C students (who have no SCI), an overaward status would incorrectly appear on the Aid Need Evaluation Screen and Award Summary screen.
We have modified the WFOVRAWN subprogram (for 2025+) to look at the FC value from the EFC calc (the delivered SAI value for the student). By looking at the SAI, rather than adding the SC + PC values, we are correctly reporting an overaward status for all formulas.
Note: The display of overaward on the Aid/Need Evaluation Screen and the Award Summary screen is simply a message, no database flag gets set when a student is determined to be an "Overaward". This issue does not impact the Packaging routines.

Load the updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file (sy240901.txt) in the attached zip file. Or, you may apply source changes manually for the updated modules.
